To book your date?
To secure your wedding date please let me know what package ( foundation package/packages) you desire and if you would like to add any toppings. I will then send you an invoice for which a 50% booking fee is required. If the invoice is not paid within 7 working days the invoice will become null and void. The other 50% will be invoiced a month before the wedding date.
We advise dates need to be secured well in advance to secure availability or avoid disappointment.
Turn around time?
Photography sneak peeks will come out within a week of your wedding however your gallery can take a maximum of 2 months to be sent to you. This is depending on your date and if it falls within the current wedding season.
Video can take from 3 to 6 months depending on your date and if it falls within the current wedding season
Terms and Conditions
A meal and a seat must be provided for the phot ographers. ( I d on’t need to be seated at the main tables, I can sit anywhere but it’s best if I eat at the same time as your first guests (no one likes photos of themselves eating) so that I am ready to rock + roll when the formalities happen, so that I don’t miss any dances/speeches.
We are based in Durban, but travel all over South Africa. Travel costs are charged for more then 25km out of Durban and round off to a value that is suitable and fair. Accomodation will only be needed for venues that are more then a 2 hour drive. The accomodation must be at the venue of your wedding or if not avaiable we will send a reasonable accomodation charge for something close enough to the venue.
